On Sunday, former KTVA reporter Charlo Greene revealed she owns the marijuana club she was reporting on, then quit her job live on the air by dropping the f-bomb.

Greene told the Alaska Dispatch News that her exit was an attempt to bring attention to the issue of marijuana legalization and apologized for offending anyone.

After the report, KTVA's news director issued this statement:

"We sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter during her live presentation on the air tonight. The employee had been terminated."
