LOWELL, Mich — It’s one of those quirks in the schedule, but for the second consecutive year Grand Rapids Christian (4-1) will play at Lowell (5-0). Each of the last three seasons the winner of this match-up has decided the OK White champion and it is certainly possible that this year’s game will do the same. It is homecoming for the unbeaten Red Arrows who topped the Eagles, 35-34, in double overtime last year when Christian’s two-point conversion attempt was stopped. The latest chapter in this budding rivalry is our game of the week.

East Kentwood (5-0) will try to stay perfect this season when it plays at West Ottawa in our Blitz Battle. To this point in the season, the Falcons best win was a 39-38 victory at Grandville (2-3) two weeks ago. Tonight begins a tough three week stretch for EK as they will play Hudsonville and Rockford in the two games following tonight’s game. The Panthers (4-1) are out to get their fifth straight win after dropping the season opener to Canton (4-1).

Another feature match-up on the Blitz tonight pits Forest Hills Northern (5-0) at Greenville (4-1) in the OK Bronze. Both teams have been lighting up the scoreboard this season, and this match-up has the potential to be a shootout. The Yellow Jackets are averaging more than 53 points per game in their four wins, while the Huskies have scored at least 35 points in each of their last four games.

Other games you can see on the Blitz tonight from 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. include:
