Troopers searching for the person or persons who helped a man after being struck by a vehicle

LEIGHTON TOWNSHIP. Mich.- Michigan State Troopers are searching for the person or persons who located a victim of a hit and run crash that happened late Friday night.

According to the Michigan State Police, an adult male was struck by a vehicle on October 31st just prior to midnight. Then a person or persons transported the victim to a residence in the 4600 block of Division Street in Leighton Township.

The victim was then transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Troopers are asking if you are or know who assisted the injured man or have any information on this incident to contact Tpr. Eric Desch at the MSP Wayland Post at 269-792-2213
