GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A nice gift isn't the only way to make someone smile this holiday season, making them a nice cocktail can go a long way too. If you (and your guests!) are tired of the same old recipes you can take a class at New Holland Brewing Company. Called Flips, Nogs and Holiday Cocktails, the class is held on November 20th and gives participants the recipes, techniques and confidence they need - and if you don't have a well-stocked bar at home, don't worry, you'll learn that there are several ways to make a tasty drink by substituting different ingredients.
