Five people injured after three vehicle crash in Kent County

CANNON TOWNSHIP, Mich.- Five people were injured after a three vehicle accident Sunday afternoon.

According to Michigan State Police on the scene, the accident happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Belding Road and Myers Lake Rd. NE in Cannon Township.

Troopers say that one vehicle did roll over in the accident. Five people were taken to Grand Rapids hospitals for treatment. Troopers say that none of the injuries are life threatening.

Other details are limited right now as the investigation into the accident is still on going by the Michigan State Police.
