GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — West Michigan loves craft beer – that’s a fact – and people here are also pretty big fans of great food. Now a new restaurant is combining the two in a unique way.

In the words of executive chef Laurel Deruda, the menu at Gravity Taphouse combines “European tradition with southern upbringing and the exotic flavors of the Orient and, of┬ácourse, beer!”

Gravity is located at 3210 Deposit Drive in Grand Rapids, just off the East Beltline and near the I-96/I-196 interchange. A ribbon-cutting will be held at 4 p.m. on November 14 with happy hour to follow.
