HESPERIA, Mich. -- John and Lucille Wambaugh have been married for 68 years. In that time, they said they've never been treated as poorly as they have by a garage construction company.

The 86-year-olds believe they've been taken advantage of by Bob Griffor, the owner of Pioneer Pole Buildings in Clare. They say they paid $14,000 dollars for a garage that remains unfinished. Construction started in October 2013.

In October 2014, the Wambaughs found out that Griffor never got the required permits to build in the first place. Oceana County provided this revelation.

The FOX 17 Problem Solvers left a message with Pioneer Pole Buildings and are awaiting a response. The company has an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau.
