Bitterly cold wind chills to impact West Michigan

WEST MICHIGAN —  For the second time in less than a week cold arctic air will surge south into the Great Lakes bringing sub-zero temperatures and wind chills.

Temperatures will fall throughout the evening Wednesday as frigid cold air filters back into the Great Lakes dropping temperatures below zero overnight and allowing feel-like temperatures to drop to dangerous levels.

Wind Chill Warnings and Advisories have been posted for almost all of the Lower Peninsula as feel-like temperatures could easily drop between 15 and 30 below zero between 8 PM Wednesday and noon Thursday.
