OTSEGO, Mich. — Pamela Knowlton, 55, of Otsego, died Thursday she tried to cross Allegan Street and a semi hit her.
The accident took place around 3:03 p.m. at the corner of Farmer Street and Allegan Street M-89, said the Otsego City Police Department.
Officers who responded to the scene attempted CPR and where helped by bystanders, but Knowlton died at the scene.
The driver of the semi was released pending further investigation.
