HOPKINS, Mich. -- A fire destroyed a barn at a local trucking/farming company in Hopkins early Friday morning.
The fire started at around 3:00 a.m. at J. Jablonski & Sons near the intersection of 16th Street and 136th Avenue in Allegan County. When firefighters first arrived, they reported heavy smoke and flames showing from the structure and immediately called for additional help.
At least six departments responded to the scene.
There are no injuries reported.
The contents of the building were a total loss.
