MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich.—FOX 17’s featured fugitive this week is 30-year-old Satanuel Hall, who is believed to be hiding with some help in Muskegon Heights.

He’s been on the run since December after he allegedly had a feud with someone involving a handgun.

Hall is wanted by the U.S Marshals, and he is considered armed and dangerous. The search began for Hall after he allegedly shot someone he was feuding with over a handgun, causing serious injury to the victim.  He fled before police got to the scene.

The victim was left with shattered bones in his leg after he was shot, according to Muskegon County Prosecutor DJ Hilson.

Now  U.S. Marshals are involved in the search for Hall.

“He is wanted. We have talked to enough people and he’s out there, and he knows he’s wanted,” said Steve Hetherington of the U.S. Marshals.

The alleged shooter is nowhere to be found, but the U.S. Marshals have a good idea of where he is now.

“We believe he is still in the Muskegon area, but we still haven’t been able to locate him,” said Hetherington.

Hall is no stranger to run-ins with the law, according to Hetherington.

“He does have several prior arrests for assault. So he is considered a dangerous person. And the fact that he is wanted for two aggravated assaults and has three prior assault arrests on his record,” said Hetherington.

The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office says they are ready to bring the alleged shooter in, and get some justice.

“The message is simple. If you have a warrant out for your arrest, those warrants never go away, they never get erased until they’re brought in and go through the system,” said Hilson.

In other words, Hall’s on the run routine could mean big trouble for whoever is helping him stay out of sight.

“If you’re helping him avoid being brought to justice, essentially that’s a felony charge: harboring a fugitive. And certainly we’ll evaluate that as a potential criminal charge for those that are assisting Mr. Hall avoid the criminal justice system,” said Hilson.

Prosecutor’s office and U.S. Marshals urge you to call 911 if you are in the presence of Hall, or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345 if you have any information on his whereabouts.
