BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich- Tanger Outlets has announced the opening of its new location in West Michigan.
According to the company's website, the new outlet center is set to open in July 2015, however, an exact date hasn't been announced.
Developers broke ground on the project at US-131 and 84th street in August 2014.
The new location will have more than 75 stores including Banana Republic and Calvin Klein. The shopping center is also expected to bring in hundreds of jobs between the employees at the stores as well as the crews hired to build the new location.
Currently, the nearest Tanger Outlets location in Howell attracts about two million shoppers a year; the new location in West Michigan is expected to bring in double that.
