Dominic Ciccantelli was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of accosting a minor and distributing obscene materials to children, officials at Grand Haven District Court said. He was charged earlier this month with accosting a minor for immoral purposes.
According to court documents, Ciccantelli admitted to police that he sent nude photographs to juvenile girls on Snapchat and engaged in sexual conduct with an 8th grader. He was working as a special education classroom assistant at the time of the alleged incidents and was fired April 13 following his arrest.
Officials say they were first alerted to the alleged inappropriate relationship on April 3. He was working for the district since November 2014.
