Fajita Republic Cantina is the fresh, new face of Mexican-inspired cuisine. We can’t wait for you to see and taste the difference that freshly squeezed lime juice makes in a margarita. When you smell the slowly marinated meats, finished on a flaming fajita skillet you’ll know nothing was microwaved. Ever. Our veggies come from farms, not from a bag. We soak our beans all night, then simmer them all morning, and leave the can opener in the drawer. We’ve hand selected 101 tequilas for our bar, plus a selection of Michigan and Mexican craft beers that are sure to impress.
