More than 40 mailboxes destroyed in Grand Haven Township

GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. —  More than 40 mailboxes were severely  damaged or destroyed at Forest Park and Forest Park East subdivisions.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department said calls started coming in Thursday to the sheriff’s department as well as the Grand Haven Township police.

Police said it occurred sometime overnight.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department at (616) 738-4000 or anonymously call Silent Observer at 1-877-88-SILENT.
