Casteels is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He’s 2 feet 5 inches tall, 20 pounds, and was last seen wearing a red/black checkered short sleeve shirt and black faded jeans with teal Jordan shoes.

UPDATE: Many of our viewers had different experiences in receiving the AMBER Alert–some said they got a phone alert, while others only learned about it because of our post. Michigan State Police said the reason for that is because the phone alert they pushed out was set only for southeastern Michigan, plus a few select counties. Basically, they said, anyone within 100 miles of Romulus received the alert. If not enough information comes in to find the missing child, MSP officials said it’s possible they would push out a state-wide one.
