Motorcyclist injured following crash in Holland Township

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person was taken to the hospital following a crash Friday afternoon.

It happened just after 4:00 p.m. on James Street east of Ashbourne in Holland Township.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department said a 72-year-old Holland Township man was traveling on James Street when he lost control and laid the motorcycle down on the pavement. He was taken to the hospital and treated for a non-life threatening leg injury.
