WEST MICHIGAN – Federal authorities say they’ve arrested a parole violator who was wanted out of the West Michigan area.

33-year-old Terry Nichols was arrested in the Florence, Alabama by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force on Saturday.

Authorities say they were able to develop information over the weekend that led to the capture.

Nichols is awaiting extradition to Michigan to face charges for his parole violations.

Nichols was featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted on May 16.
