GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Kroc Center is offering free fitness classes each Saturday morning during the month of June. These classes take place in the center's large outdoor amphitheater with lots of space and raised isles providing each participate with a clear view of the instructor.
Classes include boot camp, pilates, turbo kick, and zumba. Each of them are completely free and open to all skill levels. They start at 9:00AM and go for about an hour. You must sign a waiver prior to the class to participate.
The center suggests you bring your own towel and water bottle to each class. For more information on these classes just head to The Kroc Center's website.
