NORTON SHORES, Mich. – Police are asking for help in finding the person responsible for breaking into a restaurant on the 4th of July.
Norton Shores Police say they were called to the Hodgepodge Bake House in the 3300 block of McCracken at about 10:00pm Saturday night. Surveillance video captured images of the suspect using a hammer to break the glass door, enter the business and steal the cash register. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash and the cash register.
The suspect is described by police as a while male, in his late 20s or early 30s, with a short beard, in a light-colored sweatshirt, shorts, and sandals.
