WYOMING – Members of the U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force have arrested a wanted parole violator who’d failed to register as a sex offender.

Timothy Simonson, 51, was taken into custody in Wyoming on Thursday and booked into the Kent County Jail.

Simonson was also profiled on FOX17 News back in March 2012.  Wyoming Police were working to locate him then for exposing himself near a picnic table at Palmer Park.  Investigators say Simonson was seen wearing nothing from the waist down.  A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court on an indecent exposure charge.

Simonson’s record also shows past convictions for breaking and entering into a building with intent, along with unarmed robbery.
