Featured Fugitives: David Lee Johnson, Florencio Navarro and Tommy Watts Jr.

WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the continued search for three of West Michigan’s Most Wanted.

David Lee Johnson, 43, is being sought both be federal authorities and the Wyoming Police Department after a warrant was issued for his arrest following an unarmed robbery of a business.  The warrant was issued in early June.

Johnson also has outstanding warrants obtained by the Grand Rapids Police Department for failing to appear in court on a domestic violence charge in May, and for failure to appear in court on a burglary/illegal entry charge in April.

Johnson’s criminal history also includes past convictions for narcotics possession and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.  His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows he was released from prison in January 2013.

Johnson is 6’0″, 196 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He also has several aliases, including “Benny”, “Benny Johnson”, “Benny Williams”, “Ivan Williams” and “Scarface Johnson”.

Johnson has scars on his back, face, left jaw, right cheek and the top of his head on the right side.  He also has several tattoos on his right arm.

Florencio Navarro, 38, is wanted out of the Holland/Ottawa County area after violating his parole in mid-April.  He also has warrants out for his arrest for failure to pay child support in Kent County in June 2015, failure to pay child support in Ottawa County in April 2015 and failure to appear in court on a domestic violence 3rd offense charges in Ottawa County in June 2015.

Navarro is 5’3″, 153 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He also goes by the name “Florencio Torres”.  Navarro has a scar on his forehead and tattoos on his face, left cheek, left neck, left arm, left elbow and left hand.

Tommy Watts Jr., 33, is wanted out of the Muskegon area after violating his parole in last April.  He’s also wanted by authorities in Muskegon County for failing to appear in court on a possession of methamphetamine charge.  The Michigan State police have also obtained a warrant for Navarro’s arrest for delivery of a controlled substance, which was issued in February 2015.

Watts Jr. is 6’0″, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He also goes by the names “Carlos Hall” and “Julius Sims”.  He also has a tattoo on his left hand.
