KALAMAZOO COUNTY - Each week, Grand Rapids Harley Davidson and West Michigan’s Most Wanted recognize a member or members of law enforcement who’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty to help the community they serve.

For the week of August 8th, several officers in Kalamazoo County are being recognized for helping two girls get a new bike.

The Downtown Kalamazoo Cops Facebook Page posted recognition for Officer Brandon Noble and his wife Mallory who helped replace a bike that was stolen from a 7-year-old girl.

Recognition was also given to Lab Technician Lindsey Denharder, Officer Dave Moran, Sergeant Ken Skibbe and Sergeant Tom Denharder who helped get a bike for a 10-year-old girl who had been destroyed after a vehicle had run it over.

Congratulations to all these officers who've been selected as Heroes of the Week for August 8th.
