COLDWATER, Mich. — An investigation into two men having sex in a Coldwater yard has led to child pornography charges for one of them, according to Michigan State Police.
State Police at the Coldwater post say that Donald Williams, 77, was arraigned Wednesday after allegedly being in possession of more than 140 child porn images. He is facing five counts of possessing child porn and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime, police said.
Williams and another man, 63-year-old Jeffrey Belden, are also facing indecent exposure charges after police say neighbors recorded them having sex in their yard.
Police say they investigated the men following that initial lewd conduct, and that’s when the child porn was discovered at Williams’ house. He is currently in the Branch County Jail.
