Featured Fugitives: Tim Pethers & Xavier Ross

GRAND RAPIDS – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips to help locate two men who’re wanted for recently violating their parole.

Timothy Thomas Pethers, 35, violated his parole in mid-August after serving time for several drug offenses involving methamphetamine.  The crimes occurred in Isabella County in May 2010.

Pethers also has a prior armed robbery conviction on his record out of Montcalm County from 1997.

Pethers is 5’7″, 151 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  He also has a scar on a  right finger and a tattoo of an iron cross on his lower right arm.  He has another tattoo on his hand.

Xavier Antonio Ross, 24, violated his parole in early July after serving time for home invasion and possession of burglars tools.  The crimes occurred in Kent County in late 2010 and early 2011.

Ross is 6’2″, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
