Big deal. Take out the Kenowa part and you’d have maybe 3 miles of increased speed limits in the whole city. And does Kenowa’s increase cover the Ottawa Co. side of it, too? Prairie, between Ivanrest and Chicago Dr. could easily be raised to 30, if not 35; and Chicago Dr. could be 40 through the whole stretch (‘course, they screwed that up with their rework through “downtown”).

how about the traffic light on Wilson by IHOP and the one by Costco… they are working SOOO early in the morning. I sit at a red light by IHOP almost every morning waiting waiting waiting… and no one and i mean no one crosses the intersection. The one by Costco is longer yet. 5:15am I am sitting at red light wating for NO ONE to cross intersecion. Makes me want to kick puppies.
