HUDSONVILLE, Mich. -- Former Hudsonville, Central Michigan, and NFL star Ray Bentley's success has gotten his alma mater onto the NFL's "High School Honor Roll."
As a part of the celebrations for Super Bowl 50 this upcoming February, the league is awarding the high schools of players who have suited up in Super Bowls past with a golden football -- and Bentley was on hand on Tuesday to present Hudsonville head coach Dave Lidgard with the Eagles' ball.
Bentley played in two Super Bowls with the Buffalo Bills after an all-Mid-American Conference career at linebacker for CMU.
