Body found in Grand River in Lansing

LANSING, Mich. – Police in Lansing have recovered a body that is believed to be a man missing since April.

On September 29th, a fisherman found a leg in the Grand River. The Ingham County Medical Examiner determined the leg belonged to Manuel Pena, a Lansing man who had been missing since April.

Wednesday, police found a body near the fish ladder in Lansing in the Grand River that was missing a leg.  Police say the body is consistent with the leg that was found in September.
