Police: Three injured in Van Buren County crash

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Three people were taken to the hospital following a crash in Van Buren County on Tuesday. It happened just before noon in the 50000 block of Red Arrow Highway near CR-374 in Lawrence Township.

The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office said a 24 year-old male driver of a 1999 blue Dodge Dakota lost control on the wet roadway, crossed the center line, and struck a 2003 white Dodge Caravan driven by a 21-year-old woman from Paw Paw.

The driver of the truck sustained face and leg injuries and was listed in stable condition. The driver of the van suffered minor injuries and was released from the hospital. A third person, a 67-year-old man from Lawrence suffered leg and arm injuries and was listed in stable condition.
