KENT COUNTY, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force has announced the arrest of two fugitives recently featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted.

Allen Lane Walker, 48, was taken into custody by Grand Rapids Police on September 30 near a business on Franklin Street SE.  Investigators say an officer witnessed Walker loitering in the area after receiving multiple complaints from the business owner about people loitering and trespassing in the area.  Walker was arrested for trespassing and for two outstanding warrants, including a parole violation and for failing to pay child support.

Walker had initially violated his parole in mid-June.  His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections details prior convictions for home invasion, prison escape, carrying a concealed weapon, unarmed robbery and failing to pay child support.

Andrew James Workman, 43, was taken into custody on October 15 by the Kent County Sheriff’s Department.  Details of the arrest weren’t immediately disclosed.

Workman was wanted for violating his parole in late July after serving time for methamphetamine related convictions out of Mecosta and Newaygo counties.
