Stabbing on bus in Holland; Suspect in custody

HOLLAND, Mich. — A 57-year-old Holland man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing someone in the arm on a Max Bus Monday morning.

The incident was reported to police at about 10:50 a.m. near 13th Street and Columbia Avenue, according to a release.  The suspect was arrested a short time later near 14th and College Avenue.

According to a release, the 36-year-old victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Police say the two men know each other.

The suspect will be identified when he is formally arraigned.
