Man charged in crash that killed MSP motorcycle trooper

CLARKSTON, Mich. – A Waterford, Michigan man has been arrested for the crash that killed a Michigan State Police trooper in August.

Charles Raymond Warren, 69, was charged with two felonies: Reckless Driving Causing Death and Failure to Stop at Scene of Accident, when at-fault, resulting in death.

MSP Trooper Chad Wolf was on patrol on his motorcycle on the morning of August 28th when he was hit by a vehicle pulling a trailer on Dixie Highway, near I-75.
