ROOSEVELT PARK, Mich. — Barbara Slack of Roosevelt Park called the FOX 17 Problem Solvers hoping to get something done about an eyesore in her neighborhood. She said the home across the street from hers on Post Road had piles of junk and trash.
The city was aware of it, and the City Manager Andrew Chandler told FOX 17 News it was a code violation.
Now, the yard has been cleaned up after a FOX 17 Problem Solver investigation.
After Slack for months had to look at the trash while she was having her morning coffee, the yard has been completely cleared.
Slack told FOX 17 News she is grateful to the FOX 17 Problem Solvers, and she is very satisfied with the outcome.
