Driver airlifted to hospital after crashing into milk truck

ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man was airlifted to a local hospital after crashing his car into a milk truck early Sunday morning.

The accident happened on the corner of Adams and 48th Street Sunday morning around 4:45.

According to police, the milk truck was making deliveries and was backing into a driveway. They said the driver of the car came over a hill, hitting the truck.

The driver of that car was taken to a local hospital by Aero Med and is in stable condition.
