GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – State police have blocked off a Grand Rapids street following a police chase Monday evening that ended with a motorcyclist crashing.

As of 10:30 p.m., College Avenue was closed between Pleasant and Thomas Streets.

A spokesperson with the Michigan State Police tells FOX17 witnesses reported seeing a motorcycle exit northbound U.S. 131 onto nearby Franklin Street shortly before the crash happened.
