GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Does it seem sometimes that people just don’t pay attention to road signs?
A Grand Rapids YouTube user posted a video in August of the Pearl Street bridge, when it was closed for construction in July. The video starts with the “Road Closed to Thru Traffic” sign…and then lets the fun begin.
