Featured Fugitives – Beau Strahl & Vincent Purtha

WEST MICHIGAN – Federal authorities are seeking tips in the search for a pair of parole violators in West Michigan, hoping your information helps get them back into custody.

Beau Davis Strahl, 34, violated the conditions of his parole at the beginning of December after serving time for cocaine possession and armed robbery.  Both those convictions are out of Kent County.

Strahl is 5’9″, 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  He also has several tattoos, including a picture of Dracula, Chucky and a demon face on his left forearm.

He also has a cross with angles on his right forearm, and Japanese signs on his neck.

Vincent Lee Purtha, 49, is wanted out of the Benton Harbor area after violating the conditions of his parole in late November.  He’s served time for criminal sexual conduct and assault with intent to rob someone.

Federal authorities say there are also additional active warrants out for Purtha’s arrest involving 3 counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct as well as 3 counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.  Those warrants were issued by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department.

Purtha is 5’8″, 195 pounds with several visible tattoos.  His online profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections also details several alleged aliases, including Craig Wahl, David Vince Lee, James Dean Dorman, Jane S Dorman and Vincent Andrew Lee.

Anyone with information that could help locate either Strahl or Purtha is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-877-926-8332.
