ORLEANS TOWNSHIP, Mich. – One man has been arrested on assault charges after Ionia County deputies were called to an emergency situation.
Details are unclear, but the Ionia County Sheriff’s Office reports that one man is in custody for the incident which happened in the 4100 block of W. Long Lake Road. No one was hurt and there was no threat to the public, according to the office.
Michigan State Police, the Orleans Township Fire Department and the DNR assisted at the scene.
