ALLEGAN, Mich. – Two people are being charged after a fatal crash in Allegan County last week.

The crash happened on December 16th at 130th Avenue and 22nd Street in Hopkins Township.  John Dolegowski, 58, was killed in the crash when a woman driving a car failed to stop at the intersection.

The Allegan County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant Tuesday for the driver for Driving While License Suspending Causing Death. She was arrested, paid bond and released. She will be arraigned on January 11.

A second warrant was issued Wednesday for the registered owner of the car who let the suspect drive.  That person is being charged with Knowingly Allowing a Suspended Person to Operate, Causing Death.
