Surveillance video shows hammer attack at Battle Creek gas station

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - Police have released surveillance video of a horrific attack on a gas station employee.

It happened during an armed robbery at the Citgo Gas Station on Capital Avenue NE in Battle Creek on Monday.  The victim, an attendant at the station, was hit in the head with a claw hammer.  He managed to get away from the suspect and got help from a cab driver.

The suspect is still at-large.  Anyone with information should contact Battle Creek Police.

    So why no description ? You can’t tell me the victim has no idea or information.
    How can you ask the public for help without giving any information ?
    Or does PC trump public safety yet again?
