KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- A Kalamazoo County woman whose brothers led police on a car chase and shootout was sentenced Monday after being convicted of restricting and obstructing officers in a May 2015 standoff.

Amy Pelletier, 40, was ordered to pay more than $1,600 in court costs and fees but will spend no more time in jail.  A judge sentenced her to 208 days in jail but gave her credit for 208 days already served.

Pelletier, along with her sister Michelle, were charged after holding police at a standoff in May.

Earlier that month, Sean and Aaron Pelletier led police on a chase that ended in a shootout where Sean was killed and Aaron was wounded.   In December Aaron was ordered to stand trial on fleeing police and weapons charges.
