Muskegon HS locked down after crash with cruiser nearby

MUSKEGON, Mich. – Muskegon High School students were put on lockdown for a short time Monday while police investigated an incident nearby.

The school was put on lockdown after someone hit a Muskegon Police cruiser about a block north of the school and then fled the scene.   The lockdown lasted about 25 minutes, according to Superintendent Jon Felske.

No other information was made available.
