New moms fitting quick workouts into hectic schedules

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Many new moms want to be able to hit the gym and get back into the level of fitness they were at before having a baby.  But the reality is, their own fitness goals often get put on hold to focus on the new addition to their family.

FOX 17's Deanna Falzone is chronicling her return to fitness after having a baby. As little Lucas grows, Mom is learning how to combine the right amounts of sleep, food, and exercise to return to those hard-to-reach fitness levels.
