With 20 points in the WHAC Tournament championship game, Davenport senior Dominez Burnett became the conference's all-time leading scorer, as well as the top scorer in the history of college basketball in the state of Michigan.
Burnett currently has 2,777 career points, putting him past former Cornerstone star and current Byron Center head boys' basketball coach Jared Crandell, who scored 2,772 points for the Golden Eagles from 1992-1996.
