(AP) Mitt Romney is expected to speak out about the Republican presidential race.

The 2012 GOP presidential nominee announced plans to deliver speech about the 2016 race on Thursday at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Romney has been critical of 2016 front-runner Donald Trump on Twitter in recent weeks and has yet to endorse any of the candidates.

His office says the speech is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. EST.

He has said that he isn’t going to be doing that, but I wouldn’t rule it out completely. He is that nutso. The thing is, if he isn’t going to declare himself a candidate, and he isn’t going to act as a “let’s bury the hatchet” kind of force in the GOP by endorsing Trump, then what possible relevance could anything he says have on anything remotely connected with the race? It isn’t like he is some sort of major player, or party sage that everyone listens to. Heck, he isn’t even a Christian by most Republican’s standards. So he comes out and endorses Rubio. Big deal. That isn’t going to change anything, though it may win Rubio a delegate or two. Nothing that would warrant all the mystery and hooplah though.

    Dear Mitt,
You had your chance and decided to give Obama a pass. The best thing you can do for everybody is denounce Obama and Hillary Clinton. Next, you should support anybody that runs against the godless, corrupt democratic party.
Otherwise, shut up! Thank you for your past service to our county. Robert Sadler

I voted for you. What a disappointment you have become. Trump won the nomination, now buck up and support him. I am ashamed of you. Actually I think Trump is our only hope.
