WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — The latest round of presidential voting did little to sharpen the picture of the next nominees.

Republicans delivered a split verdict between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, with Cruz closing the delegate gap a bit and Marco Rubio still down but not out.

Cruz says his showing is “a manifestation of a real shift in momentum.

Bernie Sanders took two Democratic contests but Hillary Clinton’s single win in Louisiana allowed her to collect more delegates and extend her lead. Sanders says high turnouts are the key to his success moving forward.

Rubio’s campaign is rejecting Trump’s call for the Florida senator to get out of the Republican race for president.

Rubio campaign spokesman Alex Conant says, “Trump’s history as a con artist is being exposed.”

Conant says Rubio will win Florida and its 99 delegates and it will be a turning point.
