West Michigan – River flooding may become more of a problem next week for some area rivers.
Right now, we have Flood Advisories for the Grand River in Lowell and Ionia ,and the Thornapple River near Hasting.
The week ahead looks fairly active with a good chance of rain on Wednesday – Friday. One computer model gives a good part of West Michigan between 2-3 inches of rain by Friday. Should that occur, we could be looking at more significant flooding of area rivers.
