WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is taking up a challenge from faith-based groups that oppose an Obama administration effort to ensure their employees and students can get cost-free birth control.

The justices are hearing arguments today.

The issue is the administration’s arrangement that makes sure faith-based groups don’t have to pay for or arrange their employees getting contraceptives.

But the groups say they’re still left complicit, because the women are still getting birth control under their health plans.
