ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — A former University of Michigan football player has received two years’ probation for filming sex acts with a woman without her consent.

The Ann Arbor News and the Detroit Free Press report that 21-year-old Logan Tuley-Tillman was sentenced Monday in a Washtenaw County court.

Tuley-Tillman pleaded guilty in February to a felony count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and a felony count of using a computer to commit a crime.

The woman’s cellphone was used to record their activities. Police have said the woman reported the sex was consensual, but the recording wasn’t.

Tuley-Tillman previously told investigators he was too drunk to remember recording the event.

Coach Jim Harbaugh removed the offensive lineman from the team in September.

Typical UofM behavior. This institution has completely abandoned the high standards to which it used to be so dedicated. I am ashamed to be an alum, and will not be supporting them again until things are returned to a level of excellence.
