Meadow Walker, “Fast & Furious” actor Paul Walker’s daughter, received a settlement from the estate of Roger Rodas, who was driving the car in which Rodas and Walker died, her lawyer said.

“The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not been tragically cut short in the November 30, 2013, accident,” said Jeff Milam, Meadow Walker’s attorney, in a statement.

Walker’s daughter received $10.1 million, according to E!.

“Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash, which Paul Walker would have survived.”

Meadow Walker, now 17, was 15 when her father died.

Walker and Rodas were killed when the Porsche Carrera GT went out of control on a road in Santa Clarita, California, and “impacted a power pole and several trees,” according to an investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Walker was 40 years old, Rodas 38.

A 2013 coroner’s report said Walker survived the crash but died of injuries from the impact and the resulting fire.

In a suit brought by Kristine Rodas, Roger Rodas’ wife, a federal judge in California ruled Monday that Porsche Cars of North America was not at fault for the crash.

A separate lawsuit brought by Meadow Walker was not affected by the decision, Milam said.

“Meadow’s lawsuit against Porsche AG — a $13 billion corporation — intends to hold the company responsible for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker’s death,” he said in a statement.
